Dr. Jerome Jourquin, a French native, works for Susan G. Komen® as a member of the team managing the money provided to breast cancer researchers around the world. He also oversees a group of breast cancer research and advocacy leaders guiding Komen as advisors. Additionally, he works with Komen’s nonprofits partners to assess programs and other partnerships aligning with Komen’s Bold Goal of reducing breast cancer deaths in the U.S. by 50% by 2026. Dr. Jourquin sits on the Race for the Cure® Planning Committee and serves as treasurer to the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Community House. He earned his Ph.D. in Neurosciences from the University of Aix-Marseilles and a Master in Cell Biology and Animal Physiology from the University of Paris 7 – Denis Diderot.
